Chemical seats are used when the pressure media can falsify pressure measurements as a result of high temperature, high viscosity (pasteous measuring media) or when this media tends to crystallise. In this case an appropriately shaped diaphragm provides a hermetic seat between the measuring media and pressure gauge. Pressure ranges from 25 mbar to 1,600 bar can easily be accommodated and the seats permit exact measurement of the process pressure. Mascot Systems chemical seats are available in a wide variety of materials and are suitable for the majority of all known pressure gauges. Special materials are available for the parts wetted by the pressure media and for almost at[ versions of chemical seats. A Large range of fitting Liquids allows the chemical seats to be adapted to a wide and varied range of applications.
Features:
Materials:
-various CrNi steels, hasteLloy, morel. tantalum, titanium, PTFE Linings as well as many other materials
